The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
1. Strategizing Extensive Local Mobilization Efforts
- Develop a hyper-local youth mobilization strategy for skilling programmes to maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates and achieve centre-wise outreach targets.
- Build partnerships with local NGOs, Community-Based Organisations (CBOs), local government bodies, non-government institutions and other stakeholders to engage young people.
- Identify key community leaders and influencers and engage them to strengthen youth mobilization efforts.
2. Outreach Campaigns
- Collaborate with the livelihood centre team on youth outreach and monthly batch launch plans.
- Continuously improve youth data-gathering methods and mobilization pipelines under the D-60 approach.
- Design effective hyper-local community campaigns to attract young participants to the centre's skilling programmes.
- Manage lead generation and lead conversion effectiveness.
- Analyse youth inquiry data from sources such as social media, community mobilization and regional managers.
3. Enrolment Support
- Counsel and guide interested young people.
- Support documentation and the enrolment process.
- Maintain accurate data and records.
4. Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting
- Build relationships with local communities, schools, colleges and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with trainers and the centre team for mobilization activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Track follow-up and conversion status.
- Support centre targets and team goals.
