The Field Executive will lead on-ground implementation of Manjari Foundation's community development and livelihood programmes in Jatara, Tikamgarh working directly with community institutions, SHGs, and beneficiaries to promote sustainable livelihood activities and ensure quality programme delivery at the field level. This is a hands-on, community-embedded role that requires someone with real MSW experience and a proven track record of working with community institutions and livelihood promotion programmes.

| Community Institution Strengthening | Work directly with community institutions such as SHGs, producer groups, women's collectives, and Gram Sabha to strengthen their functioning and capacities. Support the formation, capacity building, and federation of community institutions as per programme requirements. Build trust-based relationships with community members, local leaders, and institutional stakeholders. |
| Livelihood Promotion | Promote and support sustainable livelihood activities among target communities, including agriculture, allied activities, microenterprise, and skill-based income generation. Facilitate market linkages and value chain development for community producer groups. Identify livelihood opportunities and support communities in accessing government schemes and entitlements. |
| Field Implementation & Monitoring | Implement project activities at the field level, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with programme objectives. Conduct regular field visits across the assigned area in Jatara, Tikamgarh. Monitor programme progress and provide regular updates and field reports to the programme team. |
| Stakeholder Coordination | Coordinate with government departments, Panchayat institutions, and local stakeholders for smooth programme delivery. Represent Manjari Foundation at community and institutional meetings in the assigned area. |
| Documentation & Reporting | Maintain accurate field records, including community data, programme documentation, and activity reports. Prepare and submit periodic reports as per programme requirements. |
