Key Responsibilities, Qualifications & Experience

Project Coordination	Plan daily activities, coordinate with Field Facilitators, maintain records and prepare progress reports.
Training & Capacity Building	Conduct farmer and stakeholder training on sustainable agriculture and Better Cotton standards.
Field Operations	Conduct field visits, monitor implementation, support assessments and address field-level issues.
Stakeholder Liaison	Coordinate with government departments, NGOs, Gram Panchayats, farmer groups and community leaders.
Compliance & Reporting	Ensure BCI/IP compliance, maintain documentation and submit timely reports.
Education	Graduate / Postgraduate in Social Work, B.Tech, MSc (Agriculture) or equivalent.
Experience	3–5 years in agriculture/agronomy, rural livelihoods, community development, CSR or BCI-related programmes.
Skills	Field coordination, training, government liaison, data/MIS management and strong communication skills.
Languages	Telugu and English.
Travel	Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area in Gangavaram.
Preferred	Knowledge of BCI and sustainable cotton farming practices is an advantage.
