Key Responsibilities, Qualifications & Experience

Responsibility	Key Points
Programme Planning	• Support day-to-day programme implementation • Develop and monitor weekly, monthly & quarterly plans • Ensure timelines and quality standards
Team Coordination	• Coordinate with Cluster Leads & Associate Cluster Leads • Track progress and address implementation challenges • Conduct field visits and support government coordination
Documentation & Reporting	• Prepare monthly & quarterly reports and presentations • Maintain accurate programme data • Ensure timely submission of reports
Recruitment & Operations	• Support sourcing, screening & interview coordination • Assist with workshops, training and state-level programme activities

Education	Master's in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Policy or related field
Experience	• 5+ years in education programme management • Government partnership experience preferred • Experience coordinating field teams across multiple locations
Languages	• Hindi – read, write & speak (mandatory) • English proficiency preferred
Key Skills	• Analytical & problem-solving skills • Data management, reporting & documentation • Stakeholder & relationship management • Strong communication & time management • Ability to work independently and in a team
Travel	Regular travel across programme districts in Haryana and to Delhi
