About the Role

 The HR Coordinator will support the day-to-day HR operations of Akshar Foundation-covering recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, attendance and leave tracking, payroll inputs, and general administrative support to the HR team. This is a junior-level, hands-on role perfectly suited to someone early in their HR career who is organised, empathetic, and eager to grow in a mission-driven, fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Education	Bachelor's / Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Experience	1–2 years in HR, administration or related functions. Freshers with strong organisational skills are welcome.
Technical Skills	MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs & Gmail).
Communication	Good written and verbal communication in English and Assamese / Hindi.
Key Attributes	Strong organisation, attention to detail, confidentiality, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Additional Skills	Basic data management and reporting skills.
