Key Responsibilities & Qualifications & Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging in-person training sessions for Anganwadi Workers on Early Childhood Education (ECE).
- Build strong partnerships with block and district-level government stakeholders.
- Track programme progress, prepare monthly reports, and share updates with stakeholders.
- Support the rollout of Rocket Learning's initiatives across the assigned district.
- Ensure accurate field data collection and reporting.
- Support additional responsibilities as assigned by the Programme Manager.
- Travel within the district for a minimum of 60% of total working time.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Humanities, or a closely related field from a recognised university.
Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in conducting or facilitating training sessions is preferred.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Hindi reading, speaking, and formal writing mandatory.
- English proficiency required.
- Digital proficiency working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Slides.
- Strong communication and ability to work effectively with government officials and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel within the district for a minimum of 60% of total working time.
- Strong stakeholder management and on-ground coordination skills.
